What is the commitment?
Your membership is month to month. This means you will be charged each month on the same day of the month as you joined and can cancel at anytime. Cancellations take 30 days and if your monthly payment is in that window you will not get a refund for that month. Your monthly price is good for 12 months at which time you will be offered to renew at the current monthly rate. If you cancel at anytime and rejoin, you will join at the current rates. Our goal is to make this affordable for life.
What days of the week are calls?
The actual schedule for the community is listed on our home page. Live video classes will be hosted on Zoom. Prayer calls will be over the phone (dial in). Pre-recorded content will be inside the portal.
Where is the portal located?
The portal is not on Facebook or another social media platform. It is hosted privately on our site. You will have a login with user name and password. The platform looks standard to other membership type sites (like Circle, etc).
Will there be 1:1 calls with Gretchen or Leah?
No. But there are bimonthly office hour calls where you can sign up for a time to get either emotional support or business support.
What is the deal with the vendor list?
The vendor list is a comprehensive list of service providers you can hire to help you in your business that we have vetted. We are not responsible or liable for any providers you hire. This list is to help you fin d the talent you need.
